Keeping a diary can be a great way to notice patterns and identify triggers, so that you may be able to better treat and find relief from your headaches. In this diary, you’ll want to keep track of ✍️ the severity and length of your symptoms, when and how frequent your headaches occur, what you’re eating, how much sleep you’re getting, and any medications you’re on.⁣
